Digital Admissions
Building a Digital journey for admissions mitigating the need of academic counsellors which also enables teachers to take better ownership of admissions, also owning payments as a whole
1. Preliminary Need Assessment (Before Trial Class) Objective: Identify specific needs and preferences of the child. Process: Through a pre-assessment form or short interview, gather initial information about the child's current math skills, areas of struggle, and interests. This aids in tailoring the trial session according to the child's unique requirements.
2. Parent-Teacher Discussion (In Trial Class) Objective: Gain a deeper understanding of the child's learning needs from the parent's perspective. Process: Begin the trial class with a brief conversation with the parent to delve into details about the child's math learning journey, any specific challenges faced, and desired outcomes from the Cuemath program.
3. Icebreaking with the Child (In Trial Class) Objective: Establish a rapport and comfortable learning environment. Process: Engage the child in a fun math-related puzzle or activity. This not only helps in breaking the ice but also provides insights into the child's problem-solving skills and creativity.
4. Immersive Learning Session (In Trial Class) Objective: Offer a glimpse of Cuemath's teaching methodology. Process: Conduct a short, interactive lesson tailored to the child's needs, showcasing the effective and engaging teaching techniques that Cuemath offers.
5. Feedback Session with the Student (In Trial Class) Objective: Understand the child's experience and gather insights. Process: After the learning session, discuss with the child about their experience, what they found interesting, and areas where they might need more support.
6. Explaining Cuemath's Offerings and Pricing (In Trial Class) Objective: Inform the parent about the complete Cuemath program and its benefits. Process: Post the teaching session, walk the parent through the Cuemath curriculum, the structure of regular classes, benefits of the program, and the pricing details.
7. Post-Trial Engagement (After Trial Class) Objective: Provide parents with comprehensive information and a seamless path to enrollment. Process: Send detailed emails about the Cuemath program, further benefits, testimonials, and a direct link for payment to ease the process of enrollment. Endnote: The Cuemath trial class experience is designed to be a comprehensive introduction to our teaching methodology, understanding the unique needs of every child, and showcasing the value we bring to their learning journey.
