Problem statement

Pagarbook has been in the employer-employee business since a year now and the ideas were to bring profitability in our app and i was assigned to find different avenues for it

Design Language

Created the design language for both marketing and the visual(mobile + desktop) experience, also helped create seperate design language for the IOS devices, Check Here to see them live here

Pagarbook premium

Successfully launched the first subscription initiative for all of the buyers, from the pre-launch to user interfaces to help them subscribe again. Pagarbook premium helped you gain a better edge in your business while staring with a nominal price/year. The features were a big ask from our users and new properties were built too to go with premium (for ex. Cashbook, Better profiles, Selfie & Attendance)

Also worked on making the printable salary slips and helped make physical attendance sheets.

Instant Refunds

Our users used to face problem due to the time it takes to transfer big money, as the refund used to take 3-7 days we wanted to help our users in this scenario. we built a way so that as soon as the user asks for a refund, we planned to provide the refund from pagarbook's end which will be a lot faster to transfer and we can equate this with refund which we should recieve.

Pagarbook Loans

We wanted to bring loans to our credit worthy users, so we implemented a solution where on approval from the employer, the employees are able to borrow loans from pagarbook. The added layer is an added measure for security where we attract or cater to trustworthy employees.
