Understanding our users we noticed a sticky behaviour where everytime they open their shop and order products for their shop, they go through all the app present in the market and create a list of products he wants to buy and compare prices to find the cheaper products. We wanted to make the same implementation for app where a user can visit the app everyday and we create a list of products that only he buys or has whitelisted, and provide a single platform to check the prices, add your shops skus and buy it all together. this helped us increase productivity by 20%, session conversion increased by 4%, 7.5% WAU, and a screen conversion of 21.5%

Offer program to introduce buyers to diamond products, provide an mlp to check offeres and educations and provide a way to track their offers and ongoing discounts.

Widget component and states to improve the user engagement for spin & win feature. the new animated banner helped us get major user engagement everyday, even on days our buyers didnt interact with the app.

Introduct new banner and made new properties to solve how brands engage with the app, the properties now both act as a property to find best personalized brands to the user and also helps sellers sell brands.

Exploring cross selling opportunites between various app flavours and help bring new user cross buying behavious to light and help induce more cros selling between different app flavours. The effort was appreciated by the user and brought about 30% traction and 10% Conversion
